Testimonials From Our Travellers

Authentic experiences shared by those who’ve travelled the Emperor way.

This was our first tour with a small group & we thoroughly enjoyed it. Small group made it so much personal as we got to know other group members & didn’t feel isolated. Slash was just amazing. All the staff including the tour organiser Ling was friendly & helpful. Looking forward to another trip with Emperor tours.

A wonderful experience and itinerary from someone who clearly knows the country intimately. Good guides and excellent hotels. Highly recommended

Great service from Ling who was extremely helpful and arranged a Tokyo stay for me with tours as I was seeing my Japanese friends. Even hlped me obtain my boarding passes for both flights as the BA website would not allow me. Pickups from Airport and Hotel were faultless. Thank you Ling

We felt we got a personal service at Emperor Tours. Whether it was arranging window seats on the flight, or chasing up missing Avios points, Ling Todd was helpful, prompt and efficient. Our guide in Japan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and travelled with us throughout our trip. To top it all the quote was significantly cheaper than two other companies.
